The Northeast wholefish market looks steady at listed levels.
The Chilean fillet market appears unchanged; supplies are light for a moderate demand.
The European fillet market also looks to be unchanged.
Note about the Farmed Salmon Index:
Urner Barry has corrected the salmon index which has been understated, and included European imports and pricing. The index has then been recalculated for 2009 to provide a truer picture of the overall salmon market.
