Estimados lectores de Pano-rama Acuícola:Con un enorme orgullo comienzo mi participación con esta columna dedicada a la acuicultura, Mirada austral. Provengo de Chile, donde la acuicultura más importante ocurre en los mares, fiordos y canales australes; por mi parte he acompañado el desarrollo acuícola y me ha tocado vivir el impacto del desarrollo de temas como los salmones, moluscos bivalvos y algas en mi país. Sin embargo, hace unos 4 años también he estado concurriendo al desarrollo en México, ya que he estado a cargo de algunas iniciativas acuicultoras en las que, a través de Fundación Chile, se ha incorporado especialmente la visión de integración de negocios. |
